Facility Design and Signage
Recreation support facilities include the built structures and amenities that serve the recreation user. This includes facilities such as shelters, bathrooms, and signage. One of the primary objectives of the Boone Area Outdoor Recreation Plan is to create a unified recreation system, which requires congruent signage and architectural themes throughout the county park system.
